and failure to include the unboxing video recorded before opening the box, will automatically subject your claim to be rejected.
*We will only process damage refund inquiries that are sent to us within 7 days of your order delivery date.

If you purchase an ‘in-stock’ item with pre-order items, your order will not be shipped out until we receive all items. If you would like to receive your ‘in-stock’ item(s) first, please purchase it in a separate order.

All signed albums are final sale and have a strict no return exchange policy. It can only be canceled during the sales period listed in the description and or product photo(s). Any small imperfections of the signature itself and or any marks or small dents damages on signed albums, will not be considered defective and is not subject to return or exchange.

Generally, the shipping information is usually sent 10 days before the item s release date to the fulfillment center, this would be the deadline to request any account order changes, 10 days before the release date.
